In the stone crushing production line, the content of the needle-shaped stone should be as low as possible to prevent the phenomenon of screen plugging. Generally, the stone quarry adopts secondary crushing. For the first time, the jaw crusher is used. The crushing principle is crushing and crushing, which is easy to produce flake stone. The second time is the impact crusher. The crushing principle is impact crushing. If the size of the crushed stone of the first jaw crusher is too small, more needle-shaped material will be produced. To reduce the ratio of the needle-shaped stone, the first crushing size should not be too small.
2. The matching of mesh hole and wire diameter
Practice has proved that the same mesh hole, too thick steel wire will cause a significant increase in the probability of plugging.
3. mesh hole shape
The screen mesh generally adopts a square hole, and the small mesh hole adopts an anti-blocking net. If the hole is actually blocked, the rectangular hole can also be adopted without affecting the grain size of the stone. However, considering the use period, you must pay attention to the direction of the mesh, otherwise it will affect the use life of the screen.
4. reasonable adjustment of the screen tension
Reasonable adjustment of the tension of the screen is an effective method to reduce the hole blocking of the screen. Reasonable tensioning force causes the screen to generate a slight secondary vibration with the support beam, thereby effectively reducing the occurrence of the hole blocking phenomenon. The tensioning hook is made into a constant force tensioning mechanism, that is, a spring is attached to the tension bolt.
In addition to screen mesh plugging, there are other faults in the screen during the operation of the vibrating screen. Common types are as follows:
The wire mesh is linearly broken at the platen
cause of issue:
• The tension bolts are loose;
• The screen is too long;
• Partial support beams are desoldered or deformed;
• The tension plate is worn;
• Install two screens on one tension plate.
Method of exclusion:
• Tighten the bolts;
• Re-determine the length of the screen;
• Weld the beam at all positions;
• Change the tension plate;
• The screen length is matched to the tensioning plate.
Low permeable rate
cause of issue: The screen opening rate is low.
Method of exclusion: Reselect the wire mesh of the screen.
Serious hole blocking
cause of issue:
• There is too much flaky stone particles;
• The screen wire is too thick;
• There are more critical particles in the stone and mesh.
Method of exclusion:
• Change the way the stone is crushed;
• Mesh wire mesh is reasonably matched;
• Change the mesh form.
Straightening and angle deformation
cause of issue:
• The angle (or strength) of the tensioning hook is insufficient to cause the tensioning hook to deform;
• The tension position is not in place and the focus is not accurate.
Method of exclusion:
• Replace the tension hook;
• Pay attention to the correct installation and require the tensioning hook to focus on the bottom of the screen hook.
Serious wear in the middle of the screen
cause of issue: Inadequate material diversion or depression in the middle of the screen;
Method of exclusion: Improve the splitting capacity or the middle of the screen to form an upward arc.
