The screen mesh is an important part of the vibrating screen. The correct selection and use of the screen mesh directly determine the gradation and quality of the product. High quality screen mesh must meet the following conditions:

(1) The material must be special wear-resistant steel wire. The chemical composition of C and Mn should be high enough, while Si, P and S should be as low as possible. In physical processing, the processing needs to ensure that the material has the fineness of fine structure as much as possible. The heat treatment requires to reach the structure of the sorbite. It is best to heat the microstructure to the refined austenite structure and temper until the grain is finer. The troostite structure ensures high strength, good torsion value and fatigue resistance after processing, and the manufacturing cost is high.

(2) The weaving form is reasonable, and the process must ensure that the steel wire is tightly woven and must not be loose.

(3) The outer dimensions and the shape of the edging must be properly matched with the tensioning plates and screen frames on the screen.

(4) The screen is flat and parallel to the sides.

(5) The edging form is reasonable, which is conducive to the tension of the screen.
